It’s not Korean food, but I think Korea has a lot of excellent Japanese restaurants. In particular, there are so many places that make amazing Japanese-style katsu. This was a katsu restaurant in Hongdae, and every single one of the cutlets in the assorted platter was delicious. The cheese-filled menchi-katsu with wasabi was especially outstanding.
