stews to feed a party of 30?

Hi! I’m trying to plan a dinner party and wanted to make a lot of korean food to serve my guests. I was already brainstorming things like galbi, japchae, but also wanted to try a Korean stew especially something like soondubu, tteokguk, or miyeokguk because those stews are my favourite but when I have tried making them in the past, they were not too complicated.

My question to you was to ask if a large vat of stew is feasible for a party of 30 and if there is anything I need to be careful for when preparing such a dish (ie maybe the tteok will get too gloppy if it sits too long). Is it common for stews to be prepped in such bulk like this? When i was scrolling through the subreddit for posts that asked for dinner party food recommendations, no one really seemed to suggest stew . Thanks!!
