People who always bring up lip syncing and get mad when it happens and then say “we need old kpop back, we need real live singers back!!” as if most of 1st and 2nd Gen weren’t lip syncing 😭 EVEN MORE than 4th-5th Gen(3rd Gen in between)😭😭 There was even a group that lip synced someone else’s voice during a performance like??😭 Also those who think using backtrack is bad are hilarious too, like these ppl HAVE to be trying to rage bait at this point, Back track is meant to HELP. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone who was sick or has a hard choreo was lip syncing/using backtrack, y’all need to give these idols A BREAK, bc at the end of the day they ARE IDOLS!! Not professional singers, they never were supposed to be either. It’s not even uncommon for professionals to use it either. They were meant to be entertainers, why do y’all think most idols get picked for their visuals?? I’d rather hear lip syncing than someone screeching in my ear, I swear it’s the ppl who don’t attend concerts with the most to say. And I will say that kpop stans COULD NEVER handle live singing, after that Coachella performance from Le Sserafim was like 80-90% live and they were getting attacked for BREATHING and making 2 minute mistakes in a 2hour performance, girl. People who also think Aespa/NewJeans are the Ariana Grande’s of kpop and sing 100% live all the time and then go hate on Itzy, NMIXX, ANY 5th Gen group and IVE are hilarious too like girl😭 Don’t get me wrong Hyein and NingNing have some of the prettiest tones in K-pop but they are certainly no Ariana Grande’s or singing 100% live in their performances. Same thing with boy groups/co-ed groups. Y’all need to give these idols a break at some point. Especially when most of the time it’s not even up to them.
