Am I the only one that feels weird about send offs ? Like besides them being super expensive they really aren’t a good experience for both fans and idols in my opinion.
The idols have to meet so many fans when they just finished performing. They are tired, hungry, and just want to relax before their next tour stop but have to interact with so many people. On the fans side you have to spend so much money trying to POSSIBLY see the idol face to face and have them sign your stuff. You can’t even have a solid interaction with them because they are just trying to sign as much merch as possible then get to the next section.
Send off should really be the next day before the group officially leaves the area after the group and the fans have had time to relax.
Edit : also some fans who get the opportunity to speak to idols at send off need to have some etiquette for Christ sake ! Calm yourself and don’t act weird just because your bias is in front of you. I understand you really like your bias but asking them weird questions or doing weird stuff is just stressing them off even more right after a concert. especially if the idol is not familiar with Western slang and jokes.
