Hi all, I am trying to identify the politician in this video. Context: this is a video done by a right-wing group that is discussing right-wing leaders around the globe. This man is not identified, except for that he pops up when S. Korea is mentioned. I’m assuming that he is known enough to conservatives that they didn’t have to name him, however, I don’t know him and don’t want to misidentify him in an essay I’m writing for university.
