Apologies, I needed to attach a photo to ask this question, and it’s not possible to do that in the r/AskAKorean sub so I came back here. I received a gift from a Korean acquaintance, and I’m aware that it’s something ginseng but that’s the extent of my knowledge. I just wanted to ask for more info about what ginseng does? How much these particular gifts might have cost? What the rules are in returning gifts and whether the value of the gift should be matched or surpassed?
