The whole family just got over the stomach flu and are now hungry and want meat like the carnivores they are lol. My husband picked this up at Costco the other week and I just found it shoved in the back of the fridge. Would beef or pork be better suited for this kimchi? I’m usually a white/crunchy stem kimchi person so I personally haven’t had much experience with this style of kimchi or brand.
