Preference: English or Konglish

In Korea, if you (native Korean) were chatting with someone who speaks both English and Konglish (like someone raised in an English-speaking country with Korean-speaking parents but not quite fluent in Korean), would you prefer they speak only in English, or is Konglish okay? I’m curious if Konglish can be a bit annoying to natives. I know there are English words that have been adopted into Korean, where the pronunciation changes to fit Korean sounds, but I’m talking about when someone uses English words with the original English pronunciation.

This question is mainly for native Koreans but I’d also love to hear from non-natives navigating the language in Korea! (Helpful if you indicate which one you are).
