Been living in Seoul about 2 years now. Came across a recipe the other day for dakdoritang and it looked so simple, hearty, and tasty! Perfect food for the recent cold weather and snow we are having. Very basic recipe. Only chicken legs, potato, onion, and green onion in a soy sauce and mirin base obviously with gochujang and gochugaru.
