Miyeok-guk

I know I’m a day late, but I made some Miyeok-guk for both Lunar New Year and because I was a bit cold today. I actually used tiny shrimp and chopped clams instead of beef the recipe asked for as we didn’t have beef. Pretty good it I say so myself, and I have leftovers!
