Making Korean Food as a College Student

Hey guys! To start off, I’m a Sophomore in college living on a meal plan as of now. However, next year I’ll be living in a house and will have access to a kitchen. I’ve been dreaming of my mom’s home cooked Korean food ever since I moved out, so I’m excited to cook for the first time!

I wanted to know if you guys had any advice on easy banchan to make as a college student, or any advice for that matter lol. I’m lucky that Korean food is basically meal-prepping, but I’m wondering how I’ll cook for myself, since I feel like Korean food is cooked in large batches for families.
