They will be part of the cast for an audition program to select one final member for HYBE x Geffen’s upcoming 4 member global group that already has Emily Kelavos, Lexie Levin, and Samara Siquiera as fixed members. There will only be one individual selected out of over 14,000 participants. I’m assuming it will be a Japanese member to be selected since the program itself will be airing on Japan’s OTT platform, ABEMA.

From the sound of it, it seems like Sakura, Kazuha, Moka, and Iroha will be taking on roles as mentors for the audition participants. It is a bit odd that Moka and Iroha are already selected since they only have 2 years under their belt but it is HYBE’s show so I understand why they were chosen in that regard. HYBE is really trying to pump out a lot of global groups it seems. They’re planning on debuting a global BG pretty soon as well right?
