So, I got these as part of a Christmas present from a friend. I plan on making these for dinner for her. I am looking for Korean influenced ideas. I have Googled and looked in some Korean cookbooks I have but didn’t see much for these. I am thinking maybe do them similar to the David Chang recipe for Bo Ssam. Instead of pork it would be these.
