Liked that shredded cabbage last time… so I bought a whole one for breakfast today.

I liked that shredded cabbage I bought on sale last week,

so today I went a bit further — I bought a whole one and used it as my breakfast.

In Korea, cabbage like this often comes as a side dish with pork cutlets or sweet-and-sour pork,

so I turned it into a full bowl: cabbage, sesame dressing, a few quail eggs,

and some onion flakes on top for extra crunch.

It took a bit of prep in the morning,

but it turned out really filling, slightly sweet, and surprisingly good to start the day.
