The runaway success of KPop Demon Hunters shows no signs of slowing. It has become the first title in Netflix’s history to surpass 300 million views.

The animated original film has drawn more than 314.2 million views as of Sept. 14 since its release on June 20, according to Netflix’s official site Tudum on Wednesday.

The fantasy musical, which follows the demon-slaying K-pop girl group Huntri/x, held its No. 1 position on Netflix for a 13th consecutive week through Sept. 18.

By late last month, it had already surpassed Squid Game’s first season and Wednesday as the most-watched title in Netflix’s history.

The soundtrack to the animated film also claimed the No. 1 spot on both of Billboard’s flagship rankings — the Hot 100 singles chart and the Billboard 200 albums chart — as of the Sept. 20 update.

The lead single Golden extended its reign atop the Hot 100 for a fifth consecutive week, while the full soundtrack debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking its first appearance at the summit.

KPop Demon Hunters marks the first international animated feature to center on K-pop idols, blending supernatural action with pop stardom.
