Kimchi seasoning mixture too watery

WARNING: UGLY KIMCHI ATTEMPT

For context: i live in a small countryside town im Brazil, so i couldnt find most of the correct ingredients. This is my first time trying to make kimchi. In the making of the seasoning i used caiena pepper, ginger, soy sauce, water, garlic and sugar and then a mixture of water and flour. Then i noticed that the mixture turned out liquid even though it was suposed to be a paste (idk why it happened, im still new at cooking lol). In the pic u can see that the cabbage is submerged in this liquid, will this be ok? Will it ferment correctly? Or should i just trash it? Btw, i never tried a professional kimchi so idk how it should taste, but mine tastes quite good.
