KBBQ at home need advice on what to get.

I’ve been wanting to learn how to do my own KBBQ at home since it’s costly every time I go to the nearest KBBQ restaurant. I want to do the classics like Bulgogi, Samgyeopsal, Galbi, Chadol, etc. I have tested a few recipes, but they never taste the same. Maybe I should use a different meat cut? Give me any go-to recipes I can try. I know there are usually a lot of sides like kimchi, japchae, and lettuce. Any other banchan I should get or prepare? I want to prepare everything myself as much as I can. Also, I wanted to try Korean alcohol. Soju/ beer recs? Going to be feeding a family of 6, so I want to prepare in advance. Thanks guys!
