Treated myself to a comforting plate of japchae today — glass noodles stir-fried with veggies and a little bit of soy-sesame goodness. I paired it with some spicy, crunchy kimchi on the side, and it hit all the right notes! 🥢🔥 I love how the sweet and savory flavors of the noodles balance perfectly with the tangy kick of kimchi.
