Apologies for my terrible knife skills with the tamago, lol! I was impatient. Yeah, I made tamago strips for this one. Wee bit of crossover. Also marinated mushrooms overnight, and the red jalapeno is from my garden! It came out really nice, in part thanks to all you awesome folks who answered my question like a couple months ago about what makes the best japchae. I feel like I got a nice balance of sweet and savory in there, and a lot of distinct flavors. Ah, there is also some farty ground pork, because that is what I had, lol!
