It’s crazy to think there was a time when fun K-pop songs were actually hated.

I can’t help but notice that in almost every post about “songs people hate but you love,” people are always commenting happy, upbeat tracks.

Most of the ones I see are “Sneakers,” “Permission to Dance,” “Ice Cream,” “Queencard,” “Queendom,” etc.

And I realized that these songs aren’t actually that bad at all—so I genuinely don’t get why they were so hated back then.
