I saw Rose’s (Blackpink) recent endorsement for the Shrimp Crackers/새우깡, so as I was walking down the snack aisle of my local asian grocery store today, I thought “why not” and picked these up. First time I’d be having them in years. Living in the US, I don’t really eat them often, but as a kid I used to have them all the time. Pretty much a staple back then. I got home and opened up a bag as I sat down to do some work. It’s amazing how automatic childhood habits are. Just like riding a bicycle. Are Shrimp Crackers/새우깡 on the rise again?
