Ideas for sauces?

Hi guys,

I’ve been looking for ways to just add some ‘moisture’ to my meals. Very often I just eat some rice with a hardboiled egg/ with a few potstickers etc. Really basic stuff, but very dry without making a little sauce to mix in.
I’ll often add some gochujang or ssamjang just to give some more flavor and make the meal less dry, but I wonder if anyone has some more ideas so I can spice it up a bit more and get some more variation.
