I need help identifying a particular Korean food – raw fish

This one might be very specific. As far as I know, I’ve only had this raw fish sashimi in suncheon. But it’s apparently available in other cities as well.

It’s a raw fish, and if I remember correctly, it was white color. And what made this particular fish interesting was not the flavor, but it was the texture. It felt like a bunch of needles entered your mouth. What fish was this?

And the other thing I remember was at this fish plate was very expensive. It would’ve been around 200,000 Korean won
