Korean Mul Naengmyun cold noodles is my life long favourite food ever since I was a little kid. As an adult, after I learned to cook my own Naengmyun, I saw lot’s of anime where they eat Japanese Soba cold noodles. I searched for a restaurant and fell in love with Soba cold noodles too. So I learned to make Soba noodles too. Then I decided to experiment and started making my own Mul Naengmyun but using Japanese Soba noodles and it’s delicious! Making it tonight.
