I just made my first batch of homemade kimchi.

And it is DELICIOUS. I’m Brazilian, and I just tried my kimchi over a bowl of pipping hot rice and it’s absolutely amazing, however, there’ll be some stock left once in done with the vegetables, I’d like to ask if there’s something I can do about the leftovers juices, I don’t want them to go to waste.
