I’ve been thinking about it and realized that i’ve never rated a K-pop album 10/10, not even my favorite ones. I really tried to think of one and even the highest ones i rated aren’t really 10/10.
Made by Bigbang is very close and i think it’s the best K-pop album out there but i hate Last dance & We like 2 party. Even Eyes wide open by Twice isn’t really 10/10 because i hate shot clock, dislike go hard, and depend on you is a meh track. Same with Formula of Love, the title track itself is weak and tracks like hello, real you, push & pull and candy are just meh.
Even The Perfect Velvet by Red velvet (which i think is their best work and has my several all time favorite RV tracks) isn’t a 10/10 because tracks like all right, attaboy etc. are weak.
Shinee’s 1 of 1 is also close but i feel like even though all tracks are good, some are just okay which lowers my rating.
I would want to also see you guys’ opinions on this because i’m pretty sure a lot of ppl out there have albums that they would give a 10/10, so i wanna hear from their perspective.
