I am planning a Korean dinner party where I will be making 13-15 dishes. How many of the dishes should be banchan?

Every couple months, I host a movie night/dinner party for a movie and cuisine from another country and I learn how to make 13-15 dishes from it. For the next one I’m doing, we’re going to be watching The Handmaiden and I’ll be learning how to make Korean food. I know that Korean dinners have plenty of banchan, but I’m not sure how many of the dishes should be banchan and how many should be mains.

What should the proportion be, and do you have any banchan you’d recommend I try out (all of the food is going to be vegetarian, I’m mostly relying on the Korean Vegan cookbook but am happy to hear any suggestions)?
