how can i make that cucumber banchan in korean restaurants

that tangy cucumber salad that comes with the banchan in pretty much every korean restaurant i’ve ever been to. i’m obsessed with it, i could eat it as a meal on its own, and i have NEVER been able to recreate it at home. i’ve looked up every search term i could think of, learned about oi muchim and started trying that, tried probably pushing a dozen recipes so far, and it never tastes half as good as i remember. i’m not looking for an exact replica, every restaurant is a little different anyway, but i’ve never even come close. please help
