There is an all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant in Los Angeles called “Road To Seoul” They have a very simple salad with an amazing salad dressing. The salad dressing literally tastes like a more liquidy version of thousands island dressing. It’s not spicy, it is not penuty, it’s not like the usual red-ish koreab bbq sauce. It’s also very “apple sauce” like in texture. like a purée. Exactly like a thousand island purée. The waitress said it had pineapple inside but i didn’t understand the other ingredients in the recipe. (it was very loud in the restaurant) Can anyone let me know what this sauce is called?
