Hello guys! I’m doing a cooking around the world project and Korea is coming up in a little while.

Since I’m more learner than expert I would love your feedback on the dishes I’m planning to make. Generally the style should be like a nice homestyle dinner.

I’m planning to make:

  • Rice, of course
  • Kimchi Jjigae as the soup dish
  • Bulgogi or fried Dakgangjeong pieces (which would be better?)
  • Kimchi
  • Kongnamul Muchim
  • Gamja Jorim
  • Oi Muchim
  • Tteok – but this might be a lot

For dessert and drinks I’m not sure what would work best. Maybe Hotteok?
