I came across this small Korean toast shop in New York that’s making a big splash with their take on Korean-style street toast. It’s a tiny place, but their toast is super simple — egg, ham, cabbage, sometimes cheese — and it’s served hot and fast. It reminded me of Isaac Toast and similar places back in Korea.
