Even with Taylor Swift ruling the charts, Golden from Netflix’s animated blockbuster KPop Demon Hunters refuses to fade from the spotlight. The hit soundtrack is holding steady at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, proving its staying power in one of the world’s most competitive music arenas.

According to Billboard’s preview article released Monday, Golden maintained its No. 2 position for another week, after previously spending a total of eight nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 — including a remarkable seven-week streak at the top.

Swift’s The Fate of Ophelia continued its reign at No. 1 for the fourth consecutive week, underscoring her ongoing global dominance.

Golden — performed by Korean-American artists EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami — has become a global phenomenon, blending K-pop’s intensity with Western pop flair. Its enduring success marks another milestone for Asian artists breaking into the U.S. mainstream market.

The Billboard Hot 100 ranks songs based on a combination of streaming data, radio airplay and sales figures, serving as one of the most influential indicators of global music trends.
