Getting told to get up from our table in a bar as white girls in Seoul

Hi everyone, I had a question around tables at a bar (Waikiki in Itaewon).

Me and my friend (both white 24F) were told twice to leave a table that we occupied. Both times the tables we took were empty for a while and we had purchased already drinks.

The first time we were told it was illegal for us to sit at the table (we were already 40 mins there). Second time we were even very friendly with these very nice Korean girls who even offered to share their alcohol with us, but we were still asked to leave.

My question is- is there some social que we missed (like not realising it was reserved although the table was clear of anything), or it was because we are white ?

Thank you, and I mean no judgment I would just like to know for the future 🙂
