I bought some beef bone broth and didn’t really have a recipe in mind for using it. Thanks to u/ScratchExciting16 I kept it simple and added beef mandu, green onions, sesame oil and laver flakes. It was so delicious. It’s going in the rotation of easy, quick meals. Maybe next time I’ll add the raw egg to the boiling broth as suggested. Highly recommend. submitted by /u/ThePietje |
