So I’m making kimchi for the first time and I’m not too sure about some things, like: 1.Once I open this jar can I just close it again and it’ll be fine? 2.It it has been sitting on top of my fridge cuz I don’t really have anywhere else to put it and there’s condensation on the inside, will it be okay? 3.
