Had an amazing night at Beul Gopchang (별곱창) in Koreatown, LA. If you’re a fan of intestines (gopchang, makchang, daechang), this is the place to be. We ordered the Assortment (별 모듬) and every piece was incredibly fresh, chewy, and perfectly grilled on the spot. The combination of gopchang (small intestine), makchang (abomasum), and daechang (large intestine) was a dream. The service and the sides (especially the soup and banchan!) were excellent too. It’s the ultimate late-night Korean food experience!
