Finally tried the viral Korean “Ex-Boyfriend Toast” for a lazy breakfast! For those who don’t know the backstory: a girl messaged her ex-boyfriend years later just to ask for this specific recipe. While it’s delicious, I have to be honest—I definitely wouldn’t be calling an ex for this toast! She either really missed talking to him or couldn’t forget the memories they shared. I bet it didn’t taste the same when she made it herself; maybe the nostalgia was the secret ingredient. My Whole Foods Version: • Asian Style Milk Bread (so much fluffier!) • Whipped Cream Cheese • St. Dalfour Blueberry Spread (So happy to find this—it’s usually hard to track down!)
