Ge-guk-ji isn’t just any stew. It’s a winter specialty from Jeolla, made by simmering crab, dried radish greens, and a bunch of veggies until it’s rich and flavorful
Honestly, out of all the stews I’ve tried in Korea, this one’s hands down the best.
If you’re ever in Taean by the coast, you have to try it—no excuses.
