I discovered in my pantry that I bought dried gourd 박고지 at H Mart a while ago. I couldn’t find a decent recipe anywhere on how to prepare it, so I winged it. I soaked it and changed boiling water a few times, and then cut it up. I stir-fried it with some onion, red and green pepper, garlic (of course, ginger) – and then added some gochujang, soy sauce, maesil, and finished it with green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Still not sure if it is a real recipe – but definitely feels authentic. submitted by /u/leelf1 |
