Dolsot? Should I?

Ok, I loooooooooove Korean food; have been making my own kimchi for the ver 10 years. I love love love japchae, tteokbokki, fried pork and rice, bibimbap, bulgogi, etc etc etc, but my fav above all is kimchi jjigae.

I’m visiting friends in a big city (about 2000kms from home) and there’s a Korean market here (WOW the kimchi selection omg), and I’m wondering: should I buy myself a dosolt or two to take home? I’ve made pretty good kimchi jjigae from attempts over the years, but it’s never quite as good as in delicious Korean restos.

Will dosolt elevate my attempts at Korean cooking? Should I do it? 😀 😀 😀
