I hope it’s okay that I put this here. I wasn’t sure where else to go and to be able to actually get an answer. I recently got a new cuckoo because the one I had wasn’t working properly but when opening this version. strangely it’s almost like initially it gets stuck and then it pops loose and keeps going around but closing it is smooth, really smooth. when I talked to customer service about this they told me that wasn’t normal and set up a return and the return just got here today. i don’t know, it seems like I got the exact same device back because it has the same issue or is it just that the representative didn’t understand what I was talking about and this is how they function. submitted by /u/LilithNyx1 |
