Picked this up at Costco and tried it today. When I’m too tired to make kimchi jeon from scratch, this actually works pretty well. Crispy outside, slightly chewy inside, and the kimchi flavor is decent. Not the same as homemade, but definitely convenient for busy days. Would I buy it again?
