Condiment aisle trap

Every time I go into a Korean mart for one thing, I end up spending ten minutes in the condiment aisle. The variety is unreal, and half the jars feel like they were designed to save boring meals. I wanted authentic flavors and got a kimchi-based salsa which become my lazy shortcut for eggs or rice bowls, and a ssamjang sauce/paste for soups which I still need to learn how to properly use. Korean grocery stores are dangerous for anyone who collects sauces.
