I recently bought some stuff from en.archivep.kr but had to request to cancel the order. The request still hasn’t gone through and I was looking to contact customer service. When I go to look for some sort of contact, it brings me to the screen above. Seeing this, my immediate thought was to send an email through naver to this web address however, I’ve still yet to hear back from them. It’s been a couple days. It does mention an inquiry board, so I was wondering if that is some sort of Naver feature or if I was missing something.
