Any recipes for Korean moo radish that aren’t kimchi?

Just got a big (1-2/3 lb) Korean moo radish in my farm share. Problem is, I’ve already made a load of kimchi and pickled veggies from previous shares. Any suggestions?

It would really help if it was something freezable (e.g., a soup), since I’m playing catch-up with my share, plus I’m cooking for 2 and it’ll take quite a while to eat that much radish fresh.
