Cold-weather Dinner 🍲 — Simple Homemade Tteok-mandu Soup with Fried Chicken & Salad

The weather suddenly turned cold this week, so I wanted something warm for dinner.
I bought everything from Lotte Mart, and it turned out to be a really satisfying meal.

🫕 1. Yorihada Beef Bone Tteok-mandu Soup (₩4,990, for 2 servings)
– Comes as a full meal kit with rice cakes, dumplings, and soup base — just boil everything like instant ramen.
– The dumplings are kimchi-filled, and the dehydrated veggie mix includes large pieces, giving a nice chewy texture.
– The broth is beef bone-based, thick and hearty — perfect for cold evenings.

🍗 2. Yorihada Honey Crispy Chicken (₩5,000)
– I bought it because I enjoyed the CJ Honey Chicken from my earlier convenience store haul.
– It’s a frozen product, so a little dry, but still flavorful.
– Would taste even better with dipping sauce.

🥗 3. Chef M Half & Half Salad (₩1,990)
– Classic Korean-style salad, comes with two flavors so it’s not boring.
– Simple, refreshing side to balance the meal.

It all came together into a cozy, filling dinner — warm soup, crispy chicken, and a light salad to finish it off.
