Hey everyone,

I just shared my next Kitchen Thought Tuesday on Shared Chopsticks, and this week I focused on essential proteins for beginners cooking Korean food.
I kept it simple and approachable, tofu, chicken, thinly sliced beef, pork belly, and eggs. All proteins that make Korean flavors easy to learn at home.

It’s more of a guide than a recipe, meant to help new cooks feel comfortable stepping into Korean cooking.
