22 and starting from zero, where do I even begin

22 French man, want to start a music career (singing/dancing/writing) but genuinely don’t know where to even start. Music is really important for me, as dancing and I really want to do this in my life. I’m posting in this sub because if you have any advice with maybe your progress or even like the example of a trainee I’ll really appreciate that.

So I’m 22 and I’ve had this itch for a while to actually go for it with music. big kpop and pop inspiration but honestly my taste is all over the place, I listen to stuff from literally everywhere so idk what my “sound” would even end up being, probably a mix of a bunch of things.

The problem is I’m starting from absolute zero and the whole “everyone else started at 13” thing is messing with my head a bit, feels like I’m already late to the party.

things I want to work on but no clue what order to tackle them in:

  • singing, like actual solo singing, do I need a real teacher or can you get somewhere with youtube/apps first
  • dancing, same deal, should I just pick one style and stick to it or is it fine to bounce around
  • writing lyrics, is this something you can actually learn or is it just reps and vibes
  • production software, everyone says something different (FL studio vs ableton etc) and I have zero clue which one to even open first

if anyone here started later than “normal” (like actual adults, not 15 year olds) and made progress I’d love to hear

  • what would you have prioritized first knowing what you know now
  • did you focus on one thing at a time or juggle everything
  • any resources that actually moved the needle for you, free or paid, doesn’t matter

appreciate anyone who takes the time to answer, even one tip helps
