First Time Making Jjajangmyeon

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice on what kind of pork I could use because I couldn’t get pork belly.

I ended up using pork country-style ribs. I also used ottogi jjang sauce cubes. The veggies were zucchini, potato, and mushrooms. I can’t eat actual onion so I always have to use onion powder unfortunately but it’s still very good.
