Quick review on kimchi salsa

I just tried the Vivid Kitchen Korean Kimchi Salsa and it tastes like a real fusion instead of just spicy tomato. It’s tangier and more savory than a standard jar salsa, with a light fermented vibe. The heat felt mild to medium (I expected it to be hotter). Best uses so far: eggs, quesadillas, and tacos, especially with something fatty like pork or cheese. It’s not fresh pico texture, but as a jar option it’s pretty solid.
